Tim Gabriel
Co-Founder & Chief Technology & Innovation Officer
With over 25 years of experience in the technology industry, Tim has held strategic roles driving innovation and transformation. At AWS, he played a pivotal role in building the Amazon Connect Public Sector team, supporting organizations in modernizing their contact centers and cloud infrastructure. Prior to AWS, he led teams at financial institutions, delivering impactful solutions to enhance customer experiences.
Now, as Co-Founder of Guided Reach Solutions, Tim is focused on helping organizations accelerate cloud transformation, leverage AI-driven automation, and build scalable, future-ready customer engagement solutions.
Donald Rich
Co-Founder & Chief Growth Officer
With over 20 years of experience in technology and cloud computing, Donald has been at the forefront of innovation and digital transformation. At AWS, he played a key role in accelerating the adoption of Amazon Connect, guiding organizations through cloud migrations, and designing AI-powered contact center solutions.
Before AWS, Donald led telephony and contact center initiatives at major financial institutions, spearheading cloud migrations, compliance-driven projects, and voice recording integrations. With deep expertise in AWS services, he is passionate about delivering scalable solutions that drive business success.
As Co-Founder of Guided Reach Solutions, Donald is committed to empowering organizations with cutting-edge cloud solutions, AI-driven automation, and innovative customer experience strategies.

Joe Ramos
Chief Strategy Officer
Joe is a cross-sector leader with deep experience in financial crime prevention, public safety, and child and family advocacy. He previously served as Vice President and Bank Secrecy Act Officer, advising executive teams on AML/BSA strategy, OFAC compliance, and fraud prevention. Joe has also led global implementations of telephony recording systems and built collaborative partnerships with agencies including FINCEN, the FBI, Homeland Security, and local law enforcement.
A passionate advocate for vulnerable communities, Joe led the Sexual Abuse Unit at Child Protective Services, served as Military Liaison for San Antonio Texas, and founded Aspire Case Management—Texas's only state-endorsed program for homeless pregnant women with substance use disorders. He continues this mission today as an Advisory Board member of Child Advocates San Antonio (CASA). His leadership will be instrumental in shaping Guided Safety's vision to protect and empower those most at risk.
Logan Moore
Solutions Architect
Logan brings a powerful mix of software development, immersive technology, and cloud experience. As Co-Founder of Leap XR, he led the creation of immersive learning platforms for K-12 students with disabilities—blending Unreal Engine, OpenXR, and cloud-based solutions to deliver real-world impact.
In his new role, Logan will support both solution architecture and product development, helping organizations build scalable, user-centric cloud solutions while contributing to our own innovation roadmap. Logan's passion for innovation, collaboration, and user-driven development makes him a perfect fit for our team - and we can't wait to see what we'll build together.
